While communicating with school parents are requested to mention name of the students with class and section.
Parents are expected to be co-operative with the school authorities in enforcing discipline and regularity.
Parents are required to see that the students reach school with the home assignments and should sign the progress card regularly.
Private tuition should not be encouraged.
Please help us to inculcate the habits of neatness, punctuality and civic manners in our children.
Parents/Guardians are requested not to meet their children/teachers during working hours without permission.
Kindly do not ask your child to be taken back during lesson hours, except in case of unforeseen circumstances. Only on written request by the parent child will be allowed to leave early under emergency.
Children are not allowed to wear jewellery or bring expensive things to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss.
Any change in address and telephone no. should be immediately brought to the notice of the school.
Blazers, cardigans and other belongings should bear the name and clss of the student.
Parents are requested to discuss their problems during “Parent Teachers Meeting” with the teachers. Parents can meet the principal on all working days during visiting hours or by prior appointment.

Please Note:-

The Principal is empowered to insist on the withdrawal of a child in the interest of the school.
Attending the school on the re-opening day is a must, failing which the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.
Irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual inattention to school work, obscenity in word or deed, willful and repeated breach of school regulation are sufficient reason for serious punishment and of dismissal of the student.
All the applications should be signed by the parent. Application for leave on medical grounds should be supported by an authentic medical certificate.
Every student when called upon to attend extra classes or to take part in other activities of the school must do so. Failure to do so will entail punishment/disciplinary action.
No students suffering from any contagious or infections diseases shall be permitted to attend the school till he/she brings a medical certificate of fitness and/or the school gets the child examined and finds him/her fit.
Any damage to school property/library books by the students will have to make good and damage done.
The conduct of the parent/guardian to the school should be courteous and polite. Any misconduct or bad behavior will render the person concerned ineligible for future appointment or entry into the school premises.
Please contact the principal only in the campus to make any inquiry of the ward. Visiting class-rooms is not permitted.
